We understand that you may have various questions about our bicycle rental services, policies, and procedures. To assist you in finding quick and accurate answers, we have compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions along with their corresponding answers. Whether you’re curious about reservations, cancellations, or security deposits, we aim to provide you with comprehensive information to enhance your rental experience with us.
We offer a variety of bicycles for rent, including standard bicycles, e-bikes, and specialized models. Each type is designed to meet different cycling needs and preferences.
You can make a reservation by visiting our website or contacting our customer service team. A written acceptance of the offer is required to conclude the rental agreement.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the rental period has started.
Yes, a security deposit of EUR 100 per rented bicycle is required at the start of the rental period. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe and complete return of the bicycle and its accessories.
As a Renter, you are responsible for the safe and proper use of the rented Bicycle. You are liable for any damage to or loss of the Bicycle, accessories, or keys during the rental period.
In the event of damage or theft, you must immediately report the incident to Sun E Tourism | Sun E Bike Spain. For theft, a police report is also required. The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.
The Bicycle can be used by a Rider other than the Renter. However, the Renter remains responsible for ensuring that the Bicycle is used in accordance with its intended use and is properly secured when unattended.
Late returns will incur additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to return the Bicycle within the agreed-upon time may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
The rental fee is calculated based on the number of bicycles, the rental period, and the location of delivery and collection. All stated amounts include VAT.
The rental agreement and all related transactions are exclusively governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
